BARFLY (1987)
Starring Oscar-nominee Mickey Rourke, this down-and-dirty tale is based on the novel by Charles Bukowski.

HIDDEN AGENDA (1990)
Ken Loach directed this tense political thriller set in early 1980s Belfast.

KES (1969)
Another Ken Loach gem, this is a key film of its period and won two BAFTA awards.
